Is everything okay? I stopped by to ask, is it really that bad? Let's talk about it. It’s okay to feel frustrated. With everything happening around us, it’s easy to feel like we’re stuck in a whirlwind of chaos and confusion. From climate change to political unrest, from social inequality to economic instability, the world can seem like it’s spiraling out of control. The real question is, is it spiraling, or are we experiencing this through our senses and collective pain body? Are we really mindful, present, and aware in this stage and phase of it all? Each one of us is designed to overcome and make choices that align with one thing over the other.
So, here’s the twist: You have the power to make a difference. Yes, you!
Whether it’s through small, daily choices or big acts of rebellion against injustice, every action you take contributes to shifting the narrative. It's easy to feel helpless, but remember: change has always started with individuals who believed in the possibility of a better world. YOU are part of that change. We have to be the change we want to see.
Let's flip the script! Instead of focusing on all the ways the world is falling apart, let’s talk about how WE can start piecing it back together—one action, one moment, one person at a time. We've been preparing for this since our awakening, each of us individually forming a collective. We are but a grain of sand on the shore of what is possible when we decide to connect and direct our steps toward the bigger picture.
Be sure to stick to the top 7 things that connect to all other ways of being. Spritiual breaks are important to keep you from breaking into a fragmented part of yourself which connects to the pain body of those who succumb to the food of the world fed through the different avenues via our senses and gifts.
A quick list of 1,2 reminders:
Connect, cleanse, ground, and recalibrate via the earth grid (lots of ancestral information will pour)
Connect with something higher than the firmament by tapping into your innocence.
Connect with your rituals and laws that govern you to anchor yourself in mind, body, and spirit.
Connect with gratitude, love, compassion, and joy to embody the frequencies thereof.
Connect to your heart's wisdom and release it in your journals to let go of would, could, and should without judgment of yourself or others; simply analyze and assess your view.
Disconnect from digital noise by using apps that have a reminder to step away or simply use your alarm.
Connect with your emotions to use them in a more productive manner so as not to respond or react to the traumas of the world.
Sidebar: Do your best to make peace with all things of the day prior to your rest. Be sure to state out loud that all the stress, anxiety, and pains of the day have been dealt with. By morning, rejoice in the renewal of your mind, body, and spirit.
Drop a comment with something you're doing to make the/your world a better place, no matter how small. Because we’re in this together, and together, we can spark a revolution of hope, change, and oneness that we are naturally designed to partake in.
This popped up in my email right on time. Last night was so overwhelming for me. I just couldn't hold the tears. Thank you for letting me know that I'm not alone.
